Scorching summer heat seems to have made its way out of the Lower Mainland but the rainy season hasn't set in just yet.

While this week's Vancouver forecast doesn't feature any significant rainfall, temperatures aren't expected to climb over the mid-20s.

V.I.A.'s weather forecasting platform, Weatherhood, provides detailed, neighbourhood-specific forecasts for places across the Lower Mainland that include metrics like temperature, precipitation, air quality, humidity, and wind pressure.

The forecast also gives a "top five" ranking for neighbourhoods in the city, including the hottest, coldest, wettest, and windiest areas.

You can use an interactive map to look at 14 different Weatherhood stations across the City of Vancouver alone, including UBC, Jericho, Downtown Vancouver, Dunbar, Kerrisdale, Mount Pleasant, Kitsilano, Granville Island, Yaletown, Stanley Park, False Creek, Strathcona, and Hastings Sunrise.

Downtown Vancouver, for example, is expected to see a maximum daily temperature of 23 C with a low of 16 C on Tuesday, Sept. 5, according to V.I.A's Downtown Centre Weatherhood station. Only a short drive away, the Mount Pleasant area is expected to see a high of 21 C and a low of 14 C, while Hastings Sunrise has an even cooler high of 19 C and a low of 14 C.

Heading into the rest of the week, temperatures are expected to cool off a couple of degrees in the region on Wednesday and then begin to climb up again on Thursday. More hot weather is expected on the weekend, with the Downtown Centre station showing a high of 26 C on Saturday and 25 C on Sunday.

Overnight lows in the mid-teens are expected throughout the week, ranging from 12 C and 16 C.
